Due to the custom, limited-edition, and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.


When We Will Assist

We will gladly help if you received:

  • The wrong item, or

  • An item that arrived damaged or defective

To request assistance, contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email] with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item + packaging

  • A brief summary of the issue

We will issue a replacement or store credit if approved.


Items Not Eligible for Return or Exlchange

Apparel & Accessories

  • Wrong size selected (custom shirts, two-piece sets)

  • Fit preference issues

  • Small color variations (including “tan/tam” hats)

Jewelry

  • Designer-inspired jewelry with normal finish variations

  • Custom charm bracelets

  • Mystery grab bags (all mystery items are final sale)

Boutique Items

  • Handbags with minor hardware/pattern variations

  • Sample/mock tees used for previews

  • Any item damaged after delivery
